Council members vote in favour of new housing development in Greenock
Inverclyde Council’s planning committee have approved an increase in the unit numbers at our development site at the former IBM factory in Spango Valley, Greenock.
The site will now be able to accommodate 450 new homes.
We are delighted that Council members voted in favour and can see the economic benefits the site will bring to the area!
