Work continues at a pace at our flagship site in Glenrothes
Rothes Mill is an ambitious residential led mixed use development raised from a brownfield site that was previously home tothe Tullis Russell paper mill for more than two decades. In 2015 the business entered into administration which was a devastating blow to the local community. Advance purchased the land and obtained planning in 2020. Since then, extensive work to remediate the site has been undertaken and in 2021 housebuilders, Bellway, Miller Homes and Campion began building developments alongside Kingdom Housing Association.
The re-development of the land has provided a unique opportunity to re-define Glenrothes as a place to work, play, visit and live by creating a vibrant and exciting new neighbourhood.
